Business Spotlight: BeeBlesst
BENTON CITY, Wash.- BeeBlesst LLC is a family-owned company in Benton City using their honeybees to craft raw honey, skincare and candles.

Owner, Kena Sohler said they started as backyard beekeepers in 2011 and their son had the idea to make their products into a business. "We are pollinating, we are making products and we are selling bees," said Sohler. "It's so important to have bees and to be a part of this community where we can help and keep them healthy and thriving."

BeeBlesst's big seller is their raw, unprocessed, unpasteurized honey. "It has all the healthy ingredients that people are looking for," said Sohler. "It has pollen in it, a little propolis, amino acids, enzymes." Sohler said the heating process can destroy those important nutrients so they try to make their product as natural as possible.
You can purchase a variety of their seasonal honeys on their website. This year they are offering raw wildflower honey, raw buckwheat honey and lavender honey starting in December.

Sohler said she has an herbalist and a nursing background, which helps her craft BeeBlesst's skincare products. "I do all natural," said Sohler. "I don't use any essential oils or any chemicals or unnatural lab-created ingredients." Sohler said their soaps, skin butters and balms are great for sensitive skin.
BeeBlesst also has a wide variety of beeswax candles and pucks for various beeswax projects available on their website.
To get your hands on these BeeBlesst products you can order online, with free delivery options for people living in the Tri-Cities who spend over $40.
You can also find BeeBlesst honey at Tri-City Garden Supply in Kennewick Highlands Organic Market (HOM) in Kennewick and Richland and Crystal's Creme de la Creme in Prosser.
